I came to Coherence from ’s IG content on nervous system regulation and restoration. I was wondering if you guys have any structured protocols, Breathwork or other, to help restore your nervous system?
I’ve had chronic stress for 2 years due to dealing with major family issues and my nervous system shut down in December. It’s been a brutal recovery but I think I’m in the 60-70% capacity range as I’m noticing my nervous system thawing out.
I’ve been doing yoga daily with a focus on yin and some breathwork, and trying to remove all stressors from my life (very hard rn).
I’ve had a few emotional releases which have helped and done TRE in the past but unsure if that’s useful in a sensitised nervous system.
Any pointers would be appreciated!
