This is the biggest update we've ever shipped. And it changes what this app is.

We added Leagues. Weekly competitions with ~25 breathers. Climb from Bronze to Diamond based on your practice minutes. Top 5 promote. Bottom 5 demote. Check your rank on the new Leaderboard tab.

You wanted accountability? Now it's built in.

Stunning 3D Earth. Watch the world breathe in real time — day/night lighting, drifting clouds, glowing city lights, ocean reflections. Invite friends to sync. They get a push notification and join instantly.

REGULATE.

New breath sounds — Classic keeps the original tone. Ocean adds a wave-like texture that rises with your inhale and falls with your exhale. More coming soon.

Redesigned home screen that shifts from morning warmth to evening calm. Zen Mode fades the entire interface so nothing distracts you. Tap anywhere to bring it back.
