Thank you, Lukas, for all the valuable knowledge and for explaining everything in such a clear way. I ended up writing two full A4 pages of notes! 🙌
We also did a great 1-minute breathing reset: a deep inhale, a small extra sip at the top, followed by a long, extended exhale. During the session, we also practiced quite a bit of 5 seconds in and 6 seconds out, which felt really good and effective.
I also really appreciated the questions from the community. It’s great to learn and go deeper together like this!
