How Training Works Inside This Community
This space is built to help you train a calmer body, a clearer mind, and a more deliberate way of living. Here’s how the learning path is structured so you can progress without overwhelm. Stage 1: The Dripped Onboarding Path (Level 0) When you join, you’ll have immediate access to the classroom and encouraged to start with the Baseline Practice, and a short sequence of lessons in Nervous System Regulation delivered one per day. This includes: - the 5-Minute Baseline Practice - Nervous System Regulation training - simple tools to lower activation - short practices you can use anywhere This early drip protects you from information overload and gives you the physiological foundation everything else builds on. Stage 2: Level-Gated Courses After Level 0, you’ll unlock higher levels of training as you participate in the community. Post, likes, etc earn you points to unlock the higher levels! These include: - Attention Training (steady mind) - Identity-Based Habits (aligned action) - Emotional Regulation Under Pressure (response over reaction) - Cognitive Clarity & Decision-Making (advanced work) Progress doesn’t depend on speed. It depends on steady engagement and integration. Why It’s Designed This Way Your nervous system learns best with simple, repeatable steps delivered at a sustainable pace. You’re here because something in your life is asking for clarity, strength, and stability. The first step is simple: Introduce yourself in the Introduction Thread of General Discussion. Share the transition you’re in or the shift you’re looking for. No BS, no pressure; just presence. You’re building awareness. You're building community. That’s the foundation. You’re not here to consume content. You're here to change your baseline. Let’s train. STEP 1 — Watch the Orientation Video This gives you the foundation, sets expectations, and grounds you in the core principle: Calm body = Clear mind → Strong Life STEP 2 — Do the 5-Minute Baseline Practice. Go to the Classroom and do the Baseline Course. STEP 3 — Introduce Yourself. Go to the Questions and Support category, share a simple intro..who are you? where are you? what are you hoping to achieve in this community? STEP 4 — Visit the Core Training Category. This is where the foundational tools live. Start with: - Breathwork - Meditation - Journaling - Your choice STEP 5 — Set Up Your Daily Rep. Choose one thing you can commit to daily for the next week: - the Baseline Practice - one slow exhale during stress - a 60-second focus block - an evening downshift - 10% slower movement This is what builds identity: “I am someone who trains calm.” STEP 6 — Join the Weekly Live Session. Check the Calendar, and the Events and Replays category. We start every live session with a grounding practice, explore one cognitive fitness principle, and open space for direct questions. If you want to join, however remain anonymous please turn your video off, as these sessions will be broadcast and recorded. This is the heartbeat of the community. STEP 7 — Post Your First Win. At the end of the week, visit the Friday Wins category and share one shift you noticed. Big or small, it counts: - calmer breath - clearer moment - less reactivity - better decision - slower internal tempo These wins reinforce identity and keep the training alive.
