STEP 1 — Watch the Orientation Video
This gives you the foundation, sets expectations, and grounds you in the core principle:
Calm body = Clear mind → Strong Life
STEP 2 — Do the 5-Minute Baseline Practice.
Go to the Classroom and do the Baseline Course.
STEP 3 — Introduce Yourself.
Go to the Questions and Support category, share a simple intro..who are you? where are you? what are you hoping to achieve in this community?
STEP 4 — Visit the Core Training Category.
This is where the foundational tools live.
Start with:
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation
  • Journaling
  • Your choice
STEP 5 — Set Up Your Daily Rep.
Choose one thing you can commit to daily for the next week:
  • the Baseline Practice
  • one slow exhale during stress
  • a 60-second focus block
  • an evening downshift
  • 10% slower movement
This is what builds identity: “I am someone who trains calm.”
STEP 6 — Join the Weekly Live Session.
Check the Calendar, and the Events and Replays category.
We start every live session with a grounding practice, explore one cognitive fitness principle, and open space for direct questions.
If you want to join, however remain anonymous please turn your video off, as these sessions will be broadcast and recorded.
This is the heartbeat of the community.
STEP 7 — Post Your First Win.
At the end of the week, visit the Friday Wins category and share one shift you noticed.
Big or small, it counts:
  • calmer breath
  • clearer moment
  • less reactivity
  • better decision
  • slower internal tempo
These wins reinforce identity and keep the training alive.
STEP 8 — Know the Rules (Short Version)
  • We keep this space clean, grounded, and safe.
  • Train, don’t perform.
  • Speak from your own experience.
  • Respect Confidentiality.
  • NO fixing, diagnosing, or shaming.
  • Regulate before responding.
  • Stay aligned with calm body → clear mind.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • earlier recognition of triggers
  • more deliberate responses
