Mondays we set the tone for what we are focusing on this week., and this week it is all about attention!
Here is the challenge: Set a timer for 5 minutes. One task (reading, studying, focus on the breath, etc.) No switching. Keep track of your attention. Each time it wanders, return to the task.
Why:Attention strengthens through return.
Reflection: How often did I return? Each return is a rep. Each Session of this is a set.
