Yo guys i have a question about two things:
Is it normal to have a inconsistent handstand?sometimes i can hold it 10 seconds and sometimes i totally Miss the kickup🙃 or only have a short hold,
Will this improve its been around 1.5-2 months that i finally locked in on learning handstand and its better but still inconsistent.
Also i am working on my presses to handstand and handstand push ups but i think i need to be just a bit stronger for a better ROM so would working on pike push ups and wall hspu be enough for that or what else?
