1,000 days ❤️
Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated 1,000 days of CDP with us yesterday. Looking around the table last night was one of those moments where everything just became very real. We spend so much time thinking about the next class, the next event, the next thing we want to build, that we sometimes forget to stop and look at what’s already here. And seeing all of you together reminded me that this really is something special. Thank you for believing in us, for showing up for yourselves and for making this community what it is today. I wouldn’t trade it for anything❤️

Sunset Every Week, Sunrise Every Month
A few photos from our Sunset Yoga 🌅 Such a lovely way to end the day together - by the sea, moving, breathing, and slowing down a little. We’ve decided that going forward we’ll do Sunrise Yoga once a month and Sunset Yoga once a week. What do you guys think about that?

Today was all about recovery. Sometimes the best thing you can do isn’t another hard workout - it’s taking care of your body, moving with intention and giving yourself time to recover. Tomorrow we will be back with a HIIT training, get ready to sweat 🔥
