A few photos from our Sunset Yoga 🌅 Such a lovely way to end the day together - by the sea, moving, breathing, and slowing down a little. We’ve decided that going forward we’ll do Sunrise Yoga once a month and Sunset Yoga once a week. What do you guys think about that?

On 13th July we’re celebrating 1,000 days of training, community, and everything we’ve built together and the plan is to go out and eat together. This upcoming Tuesday we’re doing Sunset Yoga at the pier by the marina. A calm session by the sea, with time to slow down a little, move the body, breathe and end the day together. Please check the calendar for the full details, we hope to see you there with us 🥰
