Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Go check out 📚Navigating The Course to see how to get around and what's here. 2. Start with The Foundation. Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things join in on our Biweekly competitions and win some real cash. ⭐ Competitions Mega Thread 5. If you are wanting to dive into the masterminds, grab all the past templates, artifacts and resources. Upgrade and head into the The Vault for Premium and The Drawing Room (VIP) for VIP 6. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

🏆 7-Day Leaderboard: Jordan Shaw 🏆
Jordan took the top of the leaderboard this week. 🎁 What @Jordan Shaw wins: He was already a VIP member and a Lyceum member, this is the first time a member has passed all the possible rewards we have in the line. This is an amazing accomplishment and his contributions speak for himself. ⏰ The 7-day clock resets. Next Monday someone new takes the top spot. 🎯 How it works: - 📝 Post things worth reading - 💬 Help people in the comments - 🛠️ Share what you're building, what's working, what's breaking - ❤️ Engage with what others are putting out there The leaderboard tracks all of it. 🎁 The prize, depending on where you're at: 🆓 Free member? You get lifetime Premium, free ⭐ Already Premium? We convert your Premium so you stop paying 👑 Already VIP? We convert your VIP so you stop paying Either way, you stop paying. Jordan, congratulations. First in the community. 👏
What do you build?
I'm seeing three different formats for builds, but I'm not very experienced, so correct me if I am wrong. - Standard product: Everyone uses essentially the same software—like Canva or Trello. Customers may adjust settings, templates, colors, or permissions, but the underlying product remains the same. - Configurable product: The core software is standardized, while each business selects its workflows, roles, terminology, templates, branding, and integrations. - Custom software: The tool is built or substantially modified for one client’s processes, systems, or regulatory requirements. So, what do you build? And, what are you listing on Ledger? I promise, I'm nobody's competition. I'm just trying to understand what works, why it works and where you show your work.
Seattle-Area Community Meetup?
I recently moved to the Seattle area after living in a small town, and I’d love to start meeting more people from this community in real life. Are there any Jake Van Clief community members in Seattle or the surrounding area who would be interested in grabbing coffee, meeting for lunch, or putting together a small local meetup? It would be great to connect, exchange ideas, and get to know some of you beyond the online community.
