Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

⚠️ HEADS UP: PHISHING ATTEMPTS IN THE COMMUNITY ⚠️
We've noticed people sending out phishing links in DMs and comments. Quick PSA to keep everyone safe. ---- 🛑 THE RULE If someone you don't recognize is sending you links, asking for money, asking for login info, or telling you to "claim a prize" outside of an official competition post, it's not us. Don't click. Don't reply. Just delete. ---- 💰 HOW WE ACTUALLY HANDLE MONEY We will never send you money out of the blue. The only time you'll hear from us about money is if you've won a competition. When that happens, Sonija is the only person on our team who will reach out to collect your payment info to send your prize. If anyone else DMs you asking for payment details, banking info, or "verification" to release a prize, it's not us. Report it!! ---- 🚨 IF YOU GET A SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE 1. Don't click any links 2. Don't reply 3. Screenshot it if you can 4. Send the screenshot to Jake, Matt, or a mod so we can deal with it We're going to keep this community a safe place to build and learn. Thanks for looking out for each other. 🙏

Companies want to hire from Clief Notes. So we're building this.
Been sitting on this for a few weeks and figured it's time to show you. 👀 Over the last month, three companies have reached out asking the same thing. How do we hire people from Clief Notes. They've seen what folks here are building with ICM and they want that on their teams. Not LinkedIn AI experts. Not Coursera grads. People who can actually ship. So we're building it. 🛠️ talent.eduba.io Heads up, that's a demo. No real backend, no signups, no live data. Click around and you'll see what the full thing is going to be. A private platform where you list yourself with a real portfolio, companies browse, and they request an intro through us. We make the intro. You take it from there. Few things worth knowing. 🔍 Every profile gets reviewed by the Eduba team before it goes live. The quality bar is the whole point. 🔒 Companies don't see your last name, your employer, or your contact info until we make a formal intro. You can block your current employer too, plus five more companies if you want. Nobody you don't want seeing you sees you. You can list as actively looking, open to offers, or not looking. Passive welcome. Honestly most of the strongest people we've trained are employed and plan to stay that way until the right thing shows up. That's fine. Sit on the platform, see what comes through. 💰 When a placement happens you get a $500 to $1,000 bonus after 90 days in the role. On top of whatever you negotiate. We pay you for staying. This is why the community matters. Companies aren't asking us for resumes. They're asking us for the people who already get it. ICM, agent architecture, knowing when not to use AI. That's not on a LinkedIn profile. Go click around. Tell me what's missing, what's confusing, what you want to see when the real thing ships. We're already building it. 🚀
I am one point away from level 4 and rising!
I joined this community less than a week ago and I know that I have spent the most time here this week as well. 😀 I am so pumped that I wanted to share how close I was to level 4 then I hit that level before I even finished writing this post. Now, on to level 5 👊✌️

🎓 What I Learned: Week 5
First, real congratulations to @Daniel Neuhaus 🏆 "Productionize your opinion" is going to stick with me for a long time. Daniel built what he has actually lived, and you can feel it in every part of it. That is the whole lesson in three words. Props to everyone who got spotlighted, you all did AMAZING work and I learned something from each of you 🙌 🥊 @Ariel Ortiz treating every brief like a product launch. 🔥 @Ruby Sparks, shipping twenty years of lived experience as an entire business, not just an app. 📹 @James Mackellar, putting his first video on his channel and reaching deeper. ⚡ @Virgilio Robinson, being the bar everyone else measures against. 📞 @Rich C, building a demo sharp enough to roast a lazy cold email. 🏆That is a room full of people doing the work, and it raised my own bar just watching it. 📈 I am grateful for the lessons! 🙏 Now, my own week. 👇😑 I didn't place. Honestly, it stung a bit, I was walking around all week excited, I was pretty sure I would at least place😅 So, I sat with it this evening and went looking for what I could learn instead of what I could excuse, and I found the friction. (I did not do the work.) 🤷Here is where I fell short. First, I will say this LOUD! ⭐I built something I'm proud of. Pre-Flight Coaching is solid work. 🛠️ Pre-Flight: Cleared for Takeoff 🤓But it lived in the repo and a showcase page, and that is where I stopped. No video. No story about why I built it. No presence beyond the code. I treated it like an engineering project and missed that the work also deserves to be shown.
