Right now I build ICMs iteratively
Right now I build my ICMs iteratively. I have a basic ICM that builds out the new ICM structure, and puts in an overview of my instructions into my Claude.md file and my Context.md files.
Then I run my new ICM. I tend to spend about half my time during the first run getting results and the other half actually modifying the ICM factory itself.
Is this the same experience that other people have? As some of you have gained experience, do you find yourself tightening the ICM more before its first run.
Help me look into my crystal ball.
