I'm not sure where everybody is on this one, but here's my perspective. With a lot of connections in business, operations and finance, I can tell you many people on that side of the fence, the people that are our potential clients, they don't want another app or software that they have to learn and operate, they just want the work to be done. Creating tools is fun, but the business world wants to move beyond the tools and they just want the end result. The value in tools and interfaces is going to be best served by creating things that just monitor what the AI is doing behind the scenes, so that we can keep an eye on it and ensure we don't create any compliance issues. We can't say: here's the work product, without being able to document and audit how it was done. The steps need to be auditable and the end product needs to be editable. This is the way. 🫡
