Help with the big picture

I have built a few workflow ICMs that I use regularly. One builds brand concepts for businesses, another moves salesforce data from org to org, and others create animations and videos. Some of the folders you see are just to dump ideas and brainstorm.

Now I am going to put all of these together and make the workspaces connected and organized. Many things need cleaning, and here is one. I have branding for my company in one place, videos and animation in two other places. None of it is connected, and I have to copy files from one ICM to another.

But with the help of many of you to advance my thinking, I believe I am ready for my first pass. Wish me luck. Any thoughts or guidance is appreciated. My first step is to organize the files functionally, and not by skill. Next up, I will outline a few users.
