Building everything on ICM without a developer background

I found this community in March through Jake's YouTube channel, and it took me about a week to be convinced. Since then I've built nearly everything I work with on this method: my workspaces, my knowledge base, the pipelines I use in my job. Folder structures and markdown files have quietly become how I think.

Here's where I feel uncomfortable. I don't come from a developer background. I'm an anthropologist by training, made quite a career shift, and now work as an AI Officer at a Swiss NPO (strategy, governance, implementation, AI literacy courses).

I have never written a single line of code in my life. Yet this week I "published" my first GitHub repos, and I'm joining the challenges here while regularly feeling one vocabulary behind the room.

I know this is exactly what this community is for, and I'm glad to be part of it. I just wanted to say the quiet part out loud, because I doubt I'm the only one. And I think this community exists because Jake, as I understood from his paper, believes "practitioners" like us are the point.

Is there anyone here feeling the same way?
