Why most adults over 50 feel uneasy about ChatGPT (and why that makes sense)

A lot of people my age think they’re “behind” because they don’t understand ChatGPT.

I don’t believe that at all.

Most of us learned computers later in life. We were taught to be careful not to break things.

So when something new shows up that looks powerful and unfamiliar, hesitation is actually wisdom.

What I’ve learned is this:You don’t need to understand how AI works to benefit from it.

You just need a simple way to start using it in your life.

Curiosity beats confidence every time.
