An hour is gone and nothing important moved. I did this for the last 6 months.
So I built a 1 hour operating rhythm called ๐.๐.๐ข.๐ช. and I run it every morning before my day job:
F, ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐. Pick the 3 things that actually need attention today. Not 12. Three.
L, ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐. Welcome new members, reply to every comment, celebrate one win out loud.
O, ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ. Make ONE valuable thing inside your community. One post, one lesson, one call.
W, ๐ช๐ถ๐ป. Go get new members through outreach or a value post outside your walls.
60 minutes. Same 4 moves daily. My first 20 members came from a $9 offer and DMs, not ads. My first 2 monthly members came from value posts inside communities like this one.
The rhythm is the only reason it holds on top of a full time job and 2 kids.
If you run a community, here's my question: when you log in tomorrow, what is your F, your ๐ข๐ก๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ for the day? Drop it below ๐
If you want the hour done for you, I turned F.L.O.W. into a free tool. DM me FLOW and I'll send it over.
