If your feed is currently full of New Year, New Goals, you’re not imagining it.
There’s nothing wrong with goal-setting — but for many women (especially in midlife), January doesn’t feel like the right moment to decide everything about work, health, relationships, money, and the rest.
So I’m offering a quieter alternative.
I’m hosting a Gentle Vision Board Reset starting Monday 5 January — designed for women who want to orient themselves before they optimise.
Instead of breaking life into categories or setting outcomes, we’ll use Pinterest as a noticing tool — exploring calm, aesthetic inspiration like:
- cozy spaces
- slow living
- gentle travel
- soft routines
- quiet joys
The focus isn’t on achievement or manifestation. It's on noticing what you’re drawn to and how you want the year to feel before deciding what comes next.
✨ No goals✨ No pressure✨ No “fix yourself” energy
It’s a calm, visual way to begin the year — especially if you’re tired of being told to hustle your way into clarity.
🗓️ Starts Monday 5 January
🌿 Free to join🌿
If that sounds like your kind of January, you’re very welcome to come and take a look.
(And if you’re all in on big goals already — this probably isn’t for you, and that’s okay too.)
