I have build the Expressive Art Space Embodiment Skool because I have experienced a very heavy alienation to my body, was suffering from body shame etc. for decades. This simply disappeared when I started embodiment practices.

Today I show spiritual leaders that ascension and rising the frequency of earth does not happen through adressing challenges we meet during our daily life, but to show them (and anybody who is interested) that there is only one reason for all our problems: Separation.

Separation from source, the divine, however you might call it and the divine in us, the truth of who we really are. Embodiment is the only answer to this alienation. However it might look. I am doing spiritual embodiment calls to bring embodiment with joy, love and ease. Because most people are very unaware how much they need not only embodiment, but also joy and love.
