That never-ending phrase heard at every UK train platform has taken on new meaning for me.
Pay attention to the gap between trigger and response.
Mind or look after the gap, or risk the unintended, but so often repeated consequences.
It is interesting (?) to observe, listen or console people telling me how so and so triggered them and how they reacted in the same way, (over and over again).
Listening to them it seems easy to see where they could have changed their response.
BUT... i still don't seem to have the same analytic response to my own situations.
Seems I need to Mind the Gap.
