Found lost stash!

So, as I was looking for something else, I came across this yarn! I forgot I had this! I had purchased 10 skeins of it several years ago, and I actually crocheted an oversized cardigan that I still wear fairly often. I don’t know exactly when I bought it, but the yarn is now discontinued. My guess is that I bought it. three or four years ago. I still have 4 1/2 skeins, and in the bag with the yarn was a test piece that I did on my Sentro quite a while ago. (It was actually the first piece I did where the machine actually worked properly for me.)

What should I make with this? I’m including a picture of the label so you can see what size it is, composition, etc. It says it’s a 3 weight, but in my opinion it’s closer to a 2 weight.
