Machine sliding
Does anyone have suggestions to keep my Sentro from sliding around the table when I'm using it? The suction cups are pretty useless on my wooden table or on my folding table I use for sewing and crafting. How do you all prevent your machines from moving around constantly?

@Ruby Dack I've never used one so I didn't know. I'm too clumsy! I'd probably drop it while washing it off! 😆 lol

@Tina Bryner I’m still not sure how they would prevent sliding, but the mat definitely would help. The legs on my Sentro are not like those on your machine. Pic of mine below. (The suction cups do not work on the wood desk or dining table, nor on my textured craft table.)

I really want to join at VIP level, but until I get better with using my Sentro machine, I have joined Premium for the time being. I do plan to join VIP later on, just not until I'm ready to do more difficult patterns or start selling items.
Bought myself the Caydo i-cord machine...
Yep. I did it. Got it all figured out, too. And now I have a six-foot i-cord! lol Not sure yet what to do with it, but I'm sure I'll think of something!

@Dd Stoller lol. My justification is being bored. I’m medically “retired” so I sometimes treat myself to toys to use in my crafts!

@Dd Stoller You might be onto something here! That could be great justification! 😆
First project
I completed the hat today. I actually had to start over because I came downstairs this morning and found one of my cats curled up and sleeping inside the center of the machine. He had pulled off a couple of stitches and the had come undone almost all the way back to the beginning. I guess he liked being surrounded by the yarn. It’s not perfect by any means, but I was able to hide the flaws easily because they were on the cinched ends of the tube. I’m sure I’ll improve with more practice, but this was a learning experience. Now I know how to better cinch and bind off the ends for a hat. 😊
