Dog pull
Finally tried my new and first I-cord machine. This is the first one I made. Turned out great but not as long as I need it to be. I will keep trying. Made with Lions Brand 24/7 cotton colors tangerine and creamsicle. These are my dogs Taz (Golden Retriever) and Minnie (German Shepherd) that I want to make one for.

I'm sure they'll love it! Think of it as practice... and now you know a little more for trying this project! I was thinking of making a few of these to give to friends who have dogs. I really don't think my cats would be all that interested. lol
Problem solved.
I solved a problem today using among other skills — my crocheting. My washer did not spin well . It was the heavy jeans and towels. So every thing was soggy wet. It’s a beautiful day and 90 degrees. So I hung them in the clothesline. Wrung them out by hand as I hung them on the line. My clothespins have been stored in a couple of plastic grocery bags. It was annoying to dig them out. So once I finished hanging them up, I went inside and used my circular knitting machine to make a bag. I gathered the bottom, and crocheted the top edge to make places for the top to weave my I-cord for a drawstring top. Then created another I-cord loop to hang it on the clothes hanger
Problem solved.

@Suzane Mesheau Yes! Today and tomorrow is babysitting my infant granddaughter for several hours. Hard to get ANYTHING done when she’s here. I don’t remember how I did it when my kids were young! Lol.

@Sharon Dove Lol... Wait until you hit 14 grands! lol My grandkids range in age from 5 months to almost 19 years. Thankfully, I am not the full time caregiver! I love them to pieces! I do babysit the youngest for a few hours a week. It helps out my son and daughter-in-law and gives me time to spend with her. All the other kids are in school, with the oldest graduating high school in about 8 weeks. I now understand what my mother used to tell me... "Honey, I love to see you come, but I love to see you go!" It can be so exhausting having several over at the same time! Especially the 5 yr old twins and their 5 yr old cousin! My oldest son's kids are 19, 16, 14, 10, 8 and 5 My middle son's kids are 11, 7, 5 months My youngest son's kids are 16, 14, 11, 5, 5 (twins) Keeps me busy making things at Christmas, and there is ALWAYS someone's birthday coming up! But I love them all to pieces!
I'm not happy because
Tomorrow it's "salon arts en folie" and I'm not in shape. There are 155 kiosks to see!😪

I understand the feeling. I have mobility problems and love to go to our local arts festival every year in June. Now I bring my folding camp chair and pull it behind me in my little wagon. So I always have a seat to sit and rest. Never are there enough park benches! The wagon is good too, in case I find things to buy! Then I don’t have to carry them!
