I bought some new sunglasses the other day, they were reduced, I do love a bargain 😆 I needed a case for them so they don't get scratched in my bag. I used the 22 Pin machine, did 80 rows of this Aran weight yarn. I turned over the top and stitched it down and ran a crochet chain through the top to use as a drawstring. Another good project for using up yarn oddments. The next one I'll probably do around 65 rows and not have the fold over but and just run a drawstring around the top as a closure. This yarn is a gorgeous purple 💜

Yesterday while browsing on FB I saw this announcement: A knitting cruise! Wow! A world first, what a good idea, but it doesn't happen at home. But that doesn't mean we couldn't organize one!
