The color reminds me of purple iris blooms, or violas or pansies. I’m very happy with the results!
I did a crochet border around it, consisting of a round of sc (single crochet) and then a round of hex (half double crochet). It measures 36“ x 46“. Clearly it is cat approved. One of them tried to get cozy on it!
