I hear it too! Everyone talks about how they gained 15 lbs of muscle in a year or lost 30 lbs in 3 months and so can you! When you don't accomplish those (unrealistic) results, now something is wrong with you. Why couldn't I do that. What do they know that I don't? What am I doing wrong?
Your only focus is being the best version of yourself. Focus on the fittest, most locked in, most disciplined version of you. Other peoples standards do not apply to you! Work on what you can do today and improve everyday.
