I hosted my family at my house to watch Philip Rivers come out of retirement! One of the goals I envisioned as a kid. I wanted the whole family over with a ton of good (not healthy LOL) food. It was nice to see the vision as a child then having it as an adult. Fam means a lot to me and gathering means so much more that we are older. My goal here on forward till the end of the day is to stop scrolling! I've spend a good amount of time brain rotting on socials today
WEEKEND FOCUS🔒
Losing 2 days out of the week, means we lose 8 days in the month and 104 days out of the year!📅 What plans do you have this weekend and how can we make a plan? Remember if you are going to social events:🥝 1. Bring diet drinks or bubbly drinks so you can sip on that rather than alcohol! 2. Bring fruits so you can munch on that rather than chips or another plate of food 3. CHEW GUM! You DO NOT need another plate XD haha. Keep ya mouth occupied with some chewing gum Let's stay on track! 🏃

@Aeon Bancuyo I used to binge eat a ton and that helped so much with the past few holiday parties! I would chew a new piece of gum when I wanted another unnecessary plate of food haha
