Chocolate S’more Cookies

We needed to restock our marshmallows for our bonfire adventures, so dessert tonight was chocolatey gooey s’mores!

The cookie recipe we used is located in the Phase 4 Going Deeper Folder: 250+ conscious recipes. The marshmallow recipe shared here is a favourite ‘go-to’ I have been making for years, this batch I sifted in some cocoa powder before it was ready to pipe :)
