Hey fellow boochy brewers~ how’s your pftsssss test? Drop a pic or video and pls include the flavour you popped! This is one of our family favourites ☀️ Sunshine ~ mango apple pineapple. I love that this pftssss is super bubbly but not out of control. Chef tip: To keep control and avoid a mess, we use a towel to open and don’t shake or swirl and we always have a cup ready to pour the first 20% then the bottle is relaxed, no matter how bubbly. Fun fact: years ago we had a bunch of our boochy products tested including the CO2 levels. We had to stop testing the carbonation because we were close to breaking the expensive machine as it was off the charts comparing to cider and beer!
