Wow! What an insane week, work work work, make sure you take care of yourself not just mentally but physically and emotionally too, I was working and boom this virus hit me out of no where, as a male chef with great stamina it knock me out for 5 days! Make sure you hydrated and take vitamins, I follow a health ritual every morning and yet this took me down like a glaze doughnut sliding into my belly!
Fever, sweats, chills, shore throat, and other avenues of loosing fluid from the body!!! :) I slept for 6 days and woke Today a 100% and few pounds
