My experience on Yachts!
I will admit, cooking on yachts can fun, however can be challenging too! Do your research prior to leaving port!
Become best friends with the captain, learn his water way routes this will help you research and source out provisions when you stop and fuel! I would always have extra food stored in the walk-in and freezer for back up! Sourcing sometimes can be hard, be proactive and you will have a successful adventure.
