Hello everyone, is there a legal way to avoid paying all these ULEZ charges in cities? My point of confusion is that my van was manufactured in 2015 and, at that time, it met emission standards and was perfectly safe to drive. However, after Cu..nt Khan took power, I have to pay a fee every time I enter London, Newcastle, or Birmingham. The fee is £12.50 for London, £12.5 for Newcastle, and £8 for Birmingham. I don't know why I have to do this, as they say it's for "clear air", but I don't see how my money makes the air cleaner. For example, on end 80's, beginning of 90's many car manufacturers made cars with folding front lights, after 2000's, this kind of desing been banned for pedestrian 'safety' reasons. But till now, you still can drive, sell this vehicles. You only cannot make them anymore. If my van, car met emission standarts when vehicle been made, why i have to pay now?
