Royal Court of Jersey Trust Recognition/Declaration
Morning all, I have looked through my notes and files and used the search function here in the community page but cannot find the relevant document or notes on how to get one's private trust recognised by/a certificate of recognition from the Royal Court of Jersey. is there a specific form or application process for this and does it truly necessitate sending the whole trust deed off for inspection?
