Promissory note.
Good morning everyone,re ,settling my van finance from an earlier post.
If I write my own promisory note to the value of the settlement figure,less £5.00, & attach a £5.00 note to it, (laminated),have I created a negotiable instrument? And should it be accepted by the finance company to discharge my account in full?
