Challenging my vehicle finance contract.
Hi all, I'm sending SAR 1 to Motonovo Finance limited on Monday, when I've received my data I want to challenge the contract for it's validity as I've heard it could be nullified if full disclosure wasn't given to me. My question to anyone who can help is: Was full disclosure given in the small print that I admit to not reading? If yes , then I suspect I'm guilty of not doing my due diligence. If the answer is no, does that in itself show where the fraud is ? And what steps can I take to challenge the contract? I am aware that I created the currency with my signature & that they have tricked me into believing that they have funded the purchase. Many thanks in anticipation, Andrew.

I tried to settle with a chat bot created Bill of Exchange of which, after 3 months, they said they don't accept of course ,so I resumed payments for fear of a repossession order,I asked for them to return my BoE,all I got back was a photo copy, when I rang them for the original they said they had destroyed it because they don't keep documents more than a month. I don't believe a word of what they say, hence why now I'm starting the SAR process and hoping that I can get a remedy through chancery court. 🤞
Do we really need "money"?
I'm thinking of this concept, obviously we've all been brainwashed into believing that we do need money,& to a certain degree,I believe this too. But in trying to escape the matrix,I'm beginning to think otherwise. Over the last 7 years I've been what's known as ,living alternatively, I'm houseless, but not homeless, with the exception of being in council accommodation for 2 years in-between. At the moment I'm living in a touring caravan,on a farm that has a campsite attached, I've also previously been a van dweller. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea,but I'm happy living this way,not having a lot of financial commitments takes the stress out of my life. In an ideal world, I'd love to own a small piece of this world to create a homestead with a few livestock & to become self sufficient, growing up in the 70's I became a big fan of the "Good Life", especially Felicity Kendal ❤️. Having this I think, would mean that I don't really need money,'mmm.🤔, unless I need to buy some land of course. To conclude, I have heard there is an amount of unclaimed land around,I don't know how true this is, or where to find it,but,if I was to find such land, and stake a claim on it if that's at all possible,I presume I'd be able to "live my ambition & dream". Any thoughts, comments, advice & experience from yourselves would be very much appreciated. Cheers, Andrew.

@Dave DimeBar I probably meant currency, but part of the brainwashing we've all endured,we believe that currency is money, the fact of the matter is ,the only true money is gold & silver coins,if I'm not mistaken.
Brain fog !
Hi all, I'm having a bit of a pre senior moment,I recently registered my legal fiction as a dormant limited company on companies house & I can't remember why,🤯. Can anyone help me with an explanation please. Cheers, Andrew.

@Andy Surridge no probs Andy, going back to yesterday & your reply,"use as a trustee", would it be advisable to register my private conveyances with the DVLA in my LLC, just incase for example,if I was to incur a speeding or parking fine.

@Andy Surridge much appreciated mate,I'm like you,on the learning side of things,I'm sure we'll get there eventually,I'm hoping there's enough time for us/me to make it,age depending. I'm tired of the matrix madness but full of energy to fight it, I've always thought probably from about 40 years ago that there's got to be a better way. Good luck on your journey bud.
Promissory note.
Good morning everyone,re ,settling my van finance from an earlier post. If I write my own promisory note to the value of the settlement figure, less £5.00, & attach a £5.00 note to it, (laminated),have I created a negotiable instrument? And should it be accepted by the finance company to discharge my account in full? Cheers, Andrew.

@Ant Phoenix Hi Rafal, I've seen a video of Dave Silver on Mel's never settle podcast,he mentioned writing your own promisory notes to send to financial institutes during the 14 day cool off period to cancel a £30,000.00 loan after receiving the funds that magically appear in your bank account from said financial institutes. He also is willing to help people get these loans set up & discharged multiple times providing you are going to put the money to good use,& promoted buying land in Wales to join the 1 world something or other, which I thought would be a great idea, after looking at what this involves,it means that you have to adhere to more beuroracy, which is totally opposite to my thoughts.
Credit card query.
Good evening all, I recently tried an experiment to test the water,I wrote a letter to the CFO of my credit card company,1st class signed for, asking that,as a responsible & loyal customer, I've always settled my balance every month, requesting my credit limit be lifted,to give me unlimited credit. According to the information I've learned,am I right in thinking that each digital signature transaction I make creates a security, which over the month accrues interest. I offered him power of attorney to discharge my account every month,in return for this service,I offered all of the interest from all of the new securities I responsibly create. My rational, being that, the more I spend, the more they make. This was done about 3 months ago,I'm yet to receive a response,I probably won't get 1 either,it seems. I am planning my next move, possibly a follow up letter, requesting a response within a reasonable time,& depending on the outcome,SARs is then the probable route. I would appreciate any comments or advice on the best route to go, maybe members have had success with this, furthermore more,it seems that the only way to get what we want,or deserve,is to litigate, I'm finding the prospect of this quite exciting, but I understand I need to learn a great deal more to build up confidence. Cheers, Andrew.
