PRA GROUP COURT IN JANUARY

Hi all,

I have been taken to court by pra group and its schedule for the 6th of jan in slough CC. I filed an N244 motion to strike out the case, with regards to repeated requests for the DOA not provided by pra group. I recieved a letter from the court saying the request to strike out will be heard first on the day. If anyone is free in the area and would like to attend as witness that would be great, and if anyone has any advice or help for what i should expect and need to do in preparation for the case that help would be greatly appreciated.
