Estate agent blunder and I’m not impressed
I am currently in the midst of selling my propert and have accepted or excepted an offer but it is only two weeks in (I never can work those two words out?😂) . However this property is far from sold no signed contracts money exchanged etc. I have been approached and messaged by local people I barely know mentioning the sale of my property as they have had flyers through the door with a picture of my house with the estate agent highlighting they have sold it!
This was not a sale I wanted everyone in my area to know about despite advertising it on line. This doesn’t mean the process of my private property being sold should be shared every step of the way. Especially when anything could happen to to stop the sale going ahead.
I’m aware I’ve signed a contract to sell it however this is false advertising by them and I’m not happy about them sharing this so early on. Any ideas about formal progress. I’m currently checking the AI for ideas on how to progress this because as I mentioned I’m not happy 🙈😂😂😂
