Mortgages SARS
Looking through the posts and documents on challenging mortgages unfortunately couldnt find a SAR 1, 2,3 to follow the process. Ive tried AI and it may be me but i didnt get a good response. Found a post that refers to the 13th of Feb weekly meeting last year im going to hunt out. Other than that do i just amend the DCA SARs?

Cheers Dave i sorted it out and sent them off today im in the middle of selling my property and when my solicitor comes back with a redemption figure from mortgage company, ill be already challenging them for proof there is a debt. Which we know there isnt

Estate agent blunder and I’m not impressed
I am currently in the midst of selling my propert and have accepted or excepted an offer but it is only two weeks in (I never can work those two words out?😂) . However this property is far from sold no signed contracts money exchanged etc. I have been approached and messaged by local people I barely know mentioning the sale of my property as they have had flyers through the door with a picture of my house with the estate agent highlighting they have sold it! This was not a sale I wanted everyone in my area to know about despite advertising it on line. This doesn’t mean the process of my private property being sold should be shared every step of the way. Especially when anything could happen to to stop the sale going ahead. I’m aware I’ve signed a contract to sell it however this is false advertising by them and I’m not happy about them sharing this so early on. Any ideas about formal progress. I’m currently checking the AI for ideas on how to progress this because as I mentioned I’m not happy 🙈😂😂😂 I

@Ant Phoenix thanks for this Ant I’ll have a play about with it, I actually told them I didn’t want a sign at my house for this exacted reason. Which I’ll add I’m reading the contract with em now if I can’t find anything in it remotely regarding this. I am looking to cancel as they’ve done a couple of thing like not showing people said it’s better I do it as I know the house and I have problem writing through an injury so I asked if I could come down and narrate to them as they scribed which also got fobbed off. Im not a happy man Ant 🙈😂😂

SARs to both DCA and Council stage 1
Hi all, I've recently sent the council and DCA the first SARs from the classroom on the same day that I paid off the bill that they claim they have a liability order for on me from back in 2021. I've never been in court before and I'm quite anxious, but determined to follow through if I have too. I was wondering what are the chances I will have to go to court are in my situation? Is there a good chance this won't go to court? And what is the best material to start reading up on? I'm assuming I will have to file a N1 form? Many thanks in advance.

If I’m reading correctly you’ve payed off the alleged (money) the clowncil say you owe them from 2021? So you mean you taking them to court. Well they won’t admit you’re right and they’re wrong. So provided your prepared to take them to court for breaching your data and sharing with a third party etc carry on the sars and LBC and court is where it should end up Also I would imagine they will not be able to prove legal standing or legitimate interest as there is no court order backing their liability order. So it’s up to you. Places I would check is the search bar at the top of the page put in ‘council tax’. Check YouTube and Chris coverdales angle on ct. it’s a different approach but interesting and very knowledgeable. Also Wayne Leighton v Bristow and Sutor and deside where or if you want to take it 👍 As for the N1 I would send it the day after you’ve followed Peters procedure or the legal procedure that your entitled to which Peter has fine tuned.

@Peter Jones we need Robin Hood too. Unfortunately military take an oath to the monarch who swears an oath to davos, WEF, WHO and every other stakeholder capitalist corporation he can………..🙈
