Charging order, Civil National Business Centre. Do I need to file n244? Land registry actions?
Hi guys and gals, I received notification last November 2024 from Wilkin Chapman that they were seeking an interim charging order. I wrote to them and also to Civil National Business Centre basically asking for the proof they have that the charging order is valid. CNBC didn't reply, Wilkin Chapman did but just said they were carrying on towards final charging order regardless.
Fast forward to September this year Wilkin wrote to me again saying it's been heard in CNBC now for final charging order. I went to magistrates to see the liability order, was told no admin staff available and to visit magistrates next town over who might be able to help and/or council building next door. Went to council building was told all I can do is send an email lol! Sent email to both council and magistrates. I've attached pic of email I sent. Had no reply from council, attached replies from magistrates.
Got letter from Land Registry 13th November 'notice to a registered proprietor of the entry of an agreed notice - B132'. Seems charge has been placed at land registry. Question is now how do I remove it please?
