Cabot
I found this letter in my SAR from Cabot. It's a letter from Lloyds, stating that they have sold the loan to Cabot. However, before this, Westcott had the debt, so surely if they sold it to Westcott, they couldn't sell it again.

The total balance sold was £4,857.64 as at the date of sale 25th September 2018. Any payments made towards your Lloyds Bank loan account after 25th September 2018 will be forwarded to Cabot Financial (Europe) Limited (part of the Cabot Credit Management Group) and will be deducted from the balance shown above. Under the terms of this assignment, and as defined in the Data Protection Legislation, Cabot Financial (Europe) Limited, is now the Data Controller of your Personal Data contained in the records of this account.
