Real estate newsletter? Free video editor?

1. I am a real estate agent and would love the best prompt or AI tool to make a newsletter- I currently use BARD since its current, but often times mortgage rates are wrong etc... I also summarize some good youtube videos and give my own spin, anyone have any tips to make the newsletter better and generate the best responses?

2. I run another business that requires video editing- we post a lot of reels, anyone have any free programs that are very user friendly to help edit videos quickly with AI.
