Need help with a chat

Hey guys, haven't been too active on here as of lately, been a crazy year so far.

I just have a quick question about ChatGPT.

So i've been using the same chat for the past month or so for helping me with sales and appointment setting. The chat is perfect, the answers are exactly what im looking for and its prompted the way I love it but it took a while to get it to the point where its useful.

Unfortunately today, I noticed the chat was incredibly laggy and then eventually I got a warning from ChatGPT, cant remember exactly what it said but essentially it told me I cant used the chat anymore because its been maxed out.

Is there any way of carrying the chat history over into another fresh chat so I can continue where I left off last?
