Does this AI tool exist?

Hi folks.

Someone just asked me the following question: If I create a chart of a stock and overlay visual indicators, like a moving average, for example, is there AI software that can analyze the visual patterns and predict movement based on the visual pattern?

I know this is beyond ChatGPT but was wondering if anyone knows of a tool like this.
