ChatGPT "could not load messages" ???

I tried logging into my Plus account and this message popped up. Can anyone figure out what's happening? Is it a temporary glitch?

I tried refreshing the page the same message appears. So I guess I'm getting the GPT-3.5 model and not the GPT-4...
