Anyone getting convos they didn't start in ChatGPT?

Hi all, the past couple of times I've logged in to ChatGPT... I see a conversation in the histor about survey monkey. I haven't created this convo so I'm very confused. I've changed my password but it's happened again. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure if someone is using my account from a work computer that I was logged into or not. It just doesn't make sense because I have since changed my password.
