AI for Realtors, or anyone 🤣

I've been teaching AI for Realtors...just for fun. I had 100 agents in my last session and its funny what they find amazing and its different for each of them! Several agents said this one thing was worth the whole class...I told them when I want to put something in ChatGPT from a newspaper or magazine I use "Just Read". It takes any article and turns it into a PDF without all the ads and junk. That way its an easy PDF file for me to work from in Chat GPT. But here's the bonus, I get around almost all "Pay Walls" with this app. When I get to the page and it says New York Times I click on "Just Read" and it goes around the pay wall and gives me the PDF. Here is a sample I just did and got around the pay wall.
