Loosing track of time under all that chaos...
... You know, you have to do this and that and plan this and that, you got task and deadlines and deadlines and tasks, some of them unnecessarily close. And suddenly it's week later. And you think "how?". Well that's exactly what just happened to me. I was so focused on starting my "personal journey YouTube channel" for you (more info at the end of this post) I forgot to check in here. And now I'm looking and it's been a week... How? 🫣😅 Writing to do list and organising my week it's a huge part of my everyday life. But sometimes, when I get super busy, I loose the sight of it on my desk. It just disappears in the clutter. Cuz I'm human too. And that's where my love for AI comes in. And also my other YouTube channel (yes, I'm starting two at the same time). If you want to know and learn how to use AI so it actually helps you organise your chaotic life and thoughts click below to subscribe to my both channels. The first one BARB UNFILTERED is a raw storytelling, insight into my life, dealing with chaos, hardships and life alone. It's basically YouTube version of this community where I elaborate on topics I (or you) mention here. The second one LIFE WITH AI is educational and philosophical. Very "ordinary person" friendly tips and tricks how to use AI to help you in chaotic moments of your life. When cars replaced horses, some people saw it as threat to their position. But people who understood transportation saw an opportunity. I'll teach you there to stop using AI like Google and start using it as your personal assistant. Without any previous tech skills, need of prompts or special tech language.

Make your morning phone and scrolling free like your life depends on it
Cuz it does. One thing that helped me currently was listening to Mel Robbins podcast and taking one important lesson I haven't heard anywhere else. DO NOT SCROLL in the morning. There's a whole neuroscience behind it (which I will explain when I get some members here and can start live streamings). Make your morning slow. Maybe get up 15 minutes earlier so you can have these 15 minutes for yourself instead of throwing your brain right into online drama and cheap quick dopamine. Rewiring your brain while living stressful life is very important and you cannot do it without giving your brain time and space to rewire. Have your favourite morning drink, stare out of the window, find something stimulating that makes your soul feel a tiny bit of peace. Maybe listen to some classical music (which is scientifically proven to be beneficial for brain). And stretch. Even for a minute. Release that tension in your muscles and bones that is cumulating there every day. You don't need a mat. You just need to do a few stretching movements in your bed. Let the blood flow and oxygen come... Just try for one or three days. And let me know in the comments how you feel. Cuz honestly, even when I'm spiraling in survival mode, those 15 or 30 minutes feels like I'm living in a different world. It's the only moment my body feels relaxed. After so long. And that's what we aim for. Teaching our brain that feeling relaxed is ok. So it doesn't constantly look for things to stress about. 💜

Are you tired of pretending everything is fine?
Then you're welcome here! I have created this space for people who are still trying to figure life out, because I'm in that process too (again and again...). I'm not introducing success, but a safe space to be human. My life started as a disaster from day one, but last couple of years shook my life like washing machine and got rolled over by row of tanks. I worked hard on plans, projects, relationships and my well-being but everything suddenly failed. Being alone in life is hard, being betrayed by the few you trust even harder, being let down by system that should protect you is disastrous. So I'm here. Creating this community even when I feel like I have nothing to say, because I'm no guru, no millionaire and definitely not a perfect life expert. But I'm creating this community to help you feel sane. When you don't feel like continuing and need to navigate. Or maybe you have someone in your circle who is constantly in survival mode and you want to help them. Or maybe you just don't want to feel alone like I did. You are welcome here anyways.

Homework: Tell chatGPT your full story and then...
GET TO KNOW YOUR POWERFUL SIDE!!! Ask it to read thru your message carefully and give simple short answers: 1 WHAT HAVE I ACCOMPLISHED 2 WHAT HAVE I SURVIVED 3 WHAT I AM 4 WHAT I CAN DO/AM CAPABLE OF 5 WHAT AM I MASTER AT Share your answers in the comments and/or write them on a paper and hang them somewhere visible and hard to miss, so you are forced to glance at them at least few times a day. I'm going to share my answers with you. Find them in the comments 💜 TIP: talk to chatGPT do not write. As messy at it soud. Imagine talking to your friend in the worst state of your mind. Our thoughts are faster than our hands and so many things slip thru our minds before we get to typing them. ChatGPT has the remarkable ability to read thru our mumbling and scattered thoughts. Speak as the words come to your mind. Don't worry about your message sounding like a nonsense. Just let the out. All of it. TECHNICAL TIP: when recording long messages it's good to make a couple of second pauses from time to time (so don't worry if you pause for a few seconds because you feel overwhelmed or like nothing to say) as somehow it makes ChatGPT working smoother and avoiding errors. Also make sure your phone is not running with "low memory" as it can not translate your speech into text and can blow and error and you can loose motivation to repeat the 5 minute message again... Don't forget to throw your results in the comments if you feel comfortable. With love. Barbara
Are you...
... alone in everything? ... navigating all obstacles by yourself? ... feeling unlucky? ... feeling stuck? ... afraid? I felt like this most of my life and honesty sometimes I still feel like this... Tell me your story and I'll tell you how I relate and what helped me navigating these emotions. Only compassion here. No judgment. This is a safe space to be vulnerable, afraid, broken or lost... You are not alone in being alone. Let's grow together. With love. Barbara
