Functional training
What do you think are the most effective exercises for building functional strength? For me they are in this order: dips & pull ups > deadlift > squat. They target every muscle that you would need naturally. Anything that I missed?

Handstand push ups to imitate hunting
Best imitation for hunting here. Calisthenics is very fun tho ngl, way better than gym imo. would you guys wanna learn calisthenics skills like these?
