Today I cooked up some medium grass fed ground beef burgers (1lb) to medium rare. At first, it was repulsive and I was extremely hesitant on eating the burgers. But I forced myself to try some, and I enjoyed it. I never really enjoyed the taste of meat before this. My only idea why is, because the meat I used to have would be always well-done. Tomorrow Iām gonna try a raw egg š„
I greatly appreciate the honesty in this video and surprising, I relate to your diet when you were a teen on a SAD diet and eating mamaās cooking. Then going to a whole foods diet. Here is my meal today 5 pieces of bacon, 8 eggs cooked in butter and 3 chicken pattys. I know that this isnāt a great meal but Iām trying to add meat back into my diet and tomorrow Iām going to have ground beef burgers
