Someone made a post about me, saying that I was a scam (and that career coaches were too)
My first reaction wasn’t anger.
It was curiosity.
Because comments like that usually come from somewhere: a bad experience, a misunderstanding of what coaching actually is, or frustration with the industry as a whole.
And to be fair, the online world has created a lot of noise.
So I understand why some people feel skeptical.
But I’ve also seen the other side of this work.
Clients landing roles they thought were out of reach.
Professionals finally learning how to position themselves.
People changing the trajectory of their careers because someone helped them execute.
I shared my full thoughts on this in the video attached.
I’d actually be curious to hear your perspective after watching it.
What do you think separates a great career coach from someone who’s just selling promises?
