I will buy 3-4 unit multifamily properties in Gardner with value add potential that will allow me to refinance and pull >80% of my money out of the deal within 12 months. Will focus on properties with potential for off street parking, building laundry, separate utilities. Ideally would be able to purchase and rehab the above property with $100,000.
